Period building built at the end of 1800, overlooking one of the most important squares of the city, Piazza Cordusio, always the historic and nerve center of Milan, of high historical and artistic importance. The sponsored restoration was carried out in 2 phases: the first, from October 2016 to March 2017, affected the right portion of the building; the second, with an interval from March to September 2017, affected the left portion.
The works were carried out on the external surfaces of the facades, on which were carried out cleaning and grouting and a consequent waterproofing, in order to protect the surfaces exposed to atmospheric agents.
