The Snia Viscosa Tower is one of the most representative buildings in Piazza San Babila and the first skyscraper in Milan. It was built in 1937 to a design by the architect Alessandro Rimini, following the vast urbanization work that involved the square during the 1920s. Today the building is located in the heart of the Fashion Quadrilatero, at the crossroads between Via Montenapoleone, Corso Matteotti and Corso Venezia.
