Owned by the Municipality of Rome, its construction dates back to the early 1400s and is traditionally attributed to Bramante. The main façade is the one in front of Via Sora, where in ancient times the square of the same name stood. It is now home to the important “Gioberti” high school institute.
Restoration works carried out (2005): cleaning of the facades, reconstruction of the roofs, renovation of the wall facing and stone elements, replacement of the cornices, cleaning and plastering of all the marble, wooden and also metallic elements with the necessary techniques for stopping them of oxidation.
