The property, located in the heart of the historic center of Milan, dates back to the 50s. Designed by Gio Ponti, its peculiarity lies in the floor plan in the shape of
“E”. The restoration, sponsored by Urban Vision, began in February 2018 and ended in June of the same year. The interventions concerned mainly the facades, covered in marble, which had different areas in the process of detachment with portions of poor adhesion.
Each stone element has been subjected to a prior static verification by “beating” followed by the operation of grouting and fixing.
